Research chemials or mushrooms? What’s in your shrom bar?

trust your shroom vendor

Did you know that a large amount of “shroom bars” sold at dispensaries and online contain research chemicals, not mushrooms?

It’s not all shops of course but people are being hospitalized from fake bars so when you are buying shroom bars, it’s extremely important that you know what they’re made of. Buy from a trusted source and ask about the mushrooms in the bars.

For example, you can easily buy empty boxes of many popular shroom bar brands and put whatever you want in them.  Buying boxes is as simple as doing a google search.

Here’s two of the first search results for “shroom bar boxes”.

1UP bar boxes

The most popular counterfit bars are 1UP and Polkadot.

Recognize these names? If so, you have no idea what is really in your bars. They could be dangerous, or they could be legit and made by small growers like us, either way unless you know the person who made them, you are taking a risk.

Polkadot Shroom bars

The shroom bars by Shrooms.VIP are absolutely made with mushrooms, mushrooms that we grow and consume ourselves. Our microdose capsules are clear, you can see what is inside them, it’s the same mushrooms that go in the bars that we make. Feel free to analyse our products with science kits, you’ll see the real deal. We will do this in the future and post the analysis on our product pages.

It’s sad to see such greed and poor ethics associated with something so special as mushrooms.  We’re not saying ALL bars in these boxes or other boxes are inauthentic, we’re just saying that it’s a common thing and you must make sure that what you buy is the real thing.  Sure, the fake bars will taste good and have similar effects as real shroom bars but they can be dangerous.  We don’t think this is common knowledge among consumers so we thought we’d post about it.

Just be careful out there.

Mush Love,

Shrooms.VIP
